Hi, I’m Naomi

A qualified therapist and founder of Gracious Therapy

I created Gracious Therapy to provide a safe, non-judgemental space for people who are struggling with their mental health and wellbeing.

I know personally how stressful daily life can be and how easy it is to compare yourself to others, feeling like you’re just not good enough. Growing up, many of us weren’t taught how to cope with life’s challenges, but with the right tools and support we can learn to thrive.

As a qualified CBT & PCT Therapist I’m trained to work with a wide range of mental health issues. Through Gracious Therapy, I help people from all kinds of backgrounds who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious or burnt out, as well as people struggling with their self-image, identity, faith or beliefs.

Christian Counselling

With experience volunteering in pastoral roles and working as a counsellor for various Christian organisations, I am uniquely equipped to help people struggling with identity and who they are, especially when it relates to the expectations and commitments of their faith.

My Christian faith has encouraged and inspired me to help others, but my personal beliefs are never a focus of the sessions, or imposed onto others. I provide a friendly, confidential, non-judgemental space for both Christians and non-Christians alike.
