What is person-centred counselling?

Person-centred counselling is a non-judgemental therapy, in which a safe and trusted space is created for you to be able to observe, understand and process your thoughts and feelings.

During these sessions, you will be encouraged to talk through whatever you have been finding difficult. With the help of honest and reflective listening, the hope is that you will find yourself becoming more self-aware, which will allow you to make decisions with more clarity and cultivate a new way forward that is right for you.

This new sense of awareness will be beneficial when working through current and future problems that arise.
